Bedroom Room Designs...

In some case scenarios we designs master bedrooms with a TV facing the bed.... Whilst there is NO right and wrong in doing this but for those that follow the science of Feng Shui or Vaastu (as there is in India) this is also considered to be a reflective surface.

Interior designers love clean lines and often lean towards glass or back painted glass as a treatment for wardrobes, once again, should this be facing or reflecting your bed it is a complete NO....

Reflective surfaces, which is not only restricted to mirrors, that reflect the bed disrupt sleep and harmony. If you must have one, ensure that it is not facing the bed. Cover it at night to prevent disturbances and restless sleeping experiences. It can also riddle your sleep with nightmares and cause insomnia.

So whilst there is only so much we can do in limited space we looks for cures or alternatives....

If you must have a TV in your master or guest bedroom that reflects the bed may be a motorized covering that makes it easier to close when done... we are spoilt for choice when it come to motorized options, a TV could almost entirely disappear into a TV Unit when done...

For wardrobe shutters trying using a matt option instead of glossy... that prevents reflection and yet provides a classy interior...

The study of Feng Shui and Vaastu helps us to live with the energies that surround us, so whilst mos t of us feel that the study is extremely rigid, it is not... there is always a creative solution to overcome negativity! #Bedroom #bedroomdesign #reflective #mirrors #interiordesign #TV #wardrobedesigns
